Requirements
- knowledge of the mobile games market, including current gaming and marketing trends;
- experience in game development, expertise in the basics of game design;
- expertise in directing, dramaturgy, and staging;
- a portfolio of creatives or released games;
- systematic thinking, the ability to clearly formulate and communicate your thoughts orally and in writing;
- management and teamwork experience, the ability to lead and moderate meetings efficiently;
- a sense of ownership over your work, leadership qualities;
- analytical skills, creative thinking.
Preferred
- experience as a game designer;
- an understanding of the entire cycle of video advertising production — from idea to final renderings and voice acting;
- an understanding of the specifics of performance marketing.
